Project Manager - Hybrid

We're seeking a Project Manager to collaborate with our dynamic team and enable a flawless operational execution.

Secure Group designs and manufactures mobile phones with multi-layered security that runs on custom hardware, with a custom Operating system; our product has a Secure Communication Suite. The suite includes our state-of-the-art applications for end-to-end encrypted communications and secure file storage: Secure Chat, Secure Vault, and Secure Calendar.

Your Strategic Contribution

Join our team as a Project Manager and through proactive cold calls and strategic emails, you'll establish connections, nurturing enduring relationships built on trust. Leverage your negotiation prowess to drive cost-effective deals, assess proposals, and offer valuable insights that guide our procurement decisions.



Throughout the Day

  • Initiate contact with potential suppliers through well-crafted cold calls and compelling emails, laying the foundation for productive partnerships.
  • Cultivate a network of long-term, trust-driven relationships with suppliers, fostering a collaborative environment that benefits both parties.
  • Negotiate costs and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining quality and value.
  • Evaluate supplier offers, scrutinizing details to provide comprehensive insights that facilitate informed decision-making for purchases
  • Assist top management with organizing e-mails, preparing meeting material, and following up on initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management, business development, procurement, supplier management, or a related role.
  • A degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in business software, platforms, and tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Understanding procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and cost considerations is a plus
