Based on the Secure Group Management Model, everyone in the company contributes in a unique way to its success by fulfilling a range of specific requirements tightly related to particular daily and strategic responsibilities.

Throughout the Day

  • Develop product messaging that differentiates our new products from others in the market
  • Communicate the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
  • Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data.
  • Establish timescales for the development of new products liaising with product management, engineering and manufacturing departments
  • Use market research data to determine product pricing
  • Create product content, i.e. case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts
  • Deliver presentations about our products to both external and internal audiences
