Your Strategic Contribution

You will be responsible for managing Tech Recruiters and promoting our Employer Value Proposition through effective positioning and messaging. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage social media accounts and recruiting channels
  • Headhunt top talent
  • Define and promote the employer branding strategy for the company
  • Manage technical recruiters' activities, knowledge-sharing initiatives, documentation, and feedback
  • Optimize work through effective process management
  • Monitor initiatives and report on KPIs
