Your Strategic Contribution

Join Secure Group as a Recruitment Specialist, and help us grow our IT teams in the best possible way, by promoting our employer branding initiatives and Management Model, reducing our time-to-hire, and ensuring we attract the best professionals on the market.

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help assess, hire and retain skilled employees to fill our technical positions.

Throughout the Day

  • Perform CVs assessments to ensure the candidates have the needed knowledge, skills, and experience for our open positions.
  • Communicate with potential candidates through different channels.
  • Create job descriptions, publish and promote open positions.
  • Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training, and education, and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities.
  • Administer technical tests.
